THE SERVICES
● As part of using DigiLawyer, you can input legal queries and information ("Input") into the DigiLawyer Platform. The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and advice based on your Input ("Output"). Any Input you provide is considered "Your Content" under these Terms.
● AI-generated responses, legal information, document drafts, recommendations, and other outputs provided through DigiLawyer are generated using automated technology and may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, outdated information, or content that may not be applicable to a user's specific circumstances. Users should independently verify all information and obtain professional advice where appropriate. Reliance on any AI-generated content is solely at the user's own risk.
● You must not direct DigiLawyer to generate any Output that violates intellectual property rights, contracts, or laws. By submitting Input, you confirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the Input with DigiLawyer.
● You also warrant that your use of the Services, including generating Output, complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms associated with your Input.
● You agree not to (i) publish any Output generated by DigiLawyer without properly attributing it to the Services, or (ii) misrepresent the origin of any Output as not being generated by artificial intelligence.
Any lawyers, chartered accountants, company secretaries, consultants, or other professionals available through DigiLawyer act as independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of DigiLawyer unless expressly stated otherwise. DigiLawyer does not guarantee the accuracy of advice, quality of services, professional outcomes, or results obtained through such professionals. Users are responsible for independently evaluating and verifying the credentials and suitability of any professional engaged through the platform.
Commencement of work, preparation of documents, professional review, filing activities, consultation scheduling, research, drafting, verification efforts, or any other substantial performance by DigiLawyer shall constitute commencement of the service, following which fees may become non-refundable in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Nature of Consultation Services
DigiLawyer may facilitate access to consultations with lawyers, chartered accountants, company secretaries, tax professionals, compliance experts, and other professionals ("Professionals"). DigiLawyer acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary that facilitates communication between Users and such Professionals.
Independent Professionals
All Professionals available through DigiLawyer act independently and are not employees, partners, agents, representatives, or affiliates of DigiLawyer unless expressly stated otherwise. Any advice, opinion, recommendation, strategy, or professional service provided during a consultation is the sole responsibility of the respective Professional.
No Lawyer-Client or Professional Relationship with DigiLawyer
Use of the DigiLawyer Platform, including booking or attending a consultation, does not create any lawyer-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, chartered accountant-client relationship, company secretary-client relationship, or other professional relationship between the User and DigiLawyer.
Any such relationship, if created, shall exist solely between the User and the relevant Professional in accordance with applicable law.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing complete, accurate, current, and truthful information during consultations. DigiLawyer and the Professional may rely upon information provided by the User and shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or omitted information.
No Guaranteed Outcome
Consultations are intended to provide information, guidance, professional opinions, and assistance based on the facts presented by the User. DigiLawyer does not guarantee any specific legal, regulatory, tax, compliance, administrative, commercial, or financial outcome arising from any consultation.
Consultation Scheduling and Availability
Consultation timings are subject to Professional availability and operational requirements. DigiLawyer reserves the right to reschedule consultations where reasonably necessary. While reasonable efforts will be made to honor scheduled appointments, DigiLawyer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific Professional.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees become non-refundable once a consultation has been scheduled, commenced, conducted, or where a Professional has been assigned to the matter. Failure of a User to attend, join, respond to, or participate in a scheduled consultation shall not entitle the User to any refund.
Recording and Documentation
Users shall not record, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any consultation without obtaining all necessary permissions required under applicable law. DigiLawyer may maintain records relating to consultations for service delivery, quality assurance, dispute resolution, compliance, legal, security, and operational purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Consultations
DigiLawyer and its Professionals reserve the right to refuse, suspend, reschedule, or terminate any consultation where a User engages in abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct, or where continuing the consultation would violate applicable laws, professional obligations, or platform policies.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that the Digilawyer entities will not be liable for any damages, including indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (such as loss of use, data, or profits, business interruption, or any other losses), arising out of or related to your use or inability to use Digilawyer, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This applies under any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence), arising from the Services (including any Output) or these Terms.
DigiLawyer shall not be liable for any advice, recommendations, opinions, strategies, actions, omissions, outcomes, losses, claims, liabilities, costs, penalties, damages, or consequences arising from consultations conducted by independent Professionals or from decisions made by Users based on such consultations.
INDEMNIFICATION
By agreeing to these Terms and using Digilawyer, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Digilawyer entities harmless from any claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
(a) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
(b) your infringement of any third-party rights;
(c) your misuse of Digilawyer;
(d) Your Content; or
(e) your negligence or willful misconduct.
If you are required to indemnify any Digilawyer entity, Digilawyer (or the applicable entity, at its discretion) will have the right to control any defense or settlement and decide whether to settle and on what terms. You agree to cooperate fully with Digilawyer in the defense or settlement of any such claim.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY – IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. IT CONTAINS PROCEDURES FOR MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION.
You and Digilawyer agree that in the event of any dispute, either party will first contact the other party and make a good faith sustained effort to resolve the dispute before resorting to more formal means of resolution, including court action, after first allowing the receiving party 30 days to respond. Both you and Digilawyer agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent that must be satisfied before initiating any arbitration against the other party.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal dispute resolution process shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by DigiLawyer. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
UPDATING THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through prominent notice on the first page of the Website or by email. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. The updated Terms will be effective as of the time of posting, or as otherwise specified in the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Services after the modifications become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. No amendment will apply to disputes for which an arbitration has been initiated prior to the change in Terms.
TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT
If you violate any provisions of these Terms, all rights granted by Digilawyer will automatically terminate. Additionally, Digilawyer may suspend, disable, or delete your Account and/or the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. If Digilawyer deletes your Account due to suspected breach of these Terms, you are prohibited from re-registering under a different name. Upon Account deletion for any reason, Digilawyer may, but is not obligated to, delete any of Your Content. Digilawyer is not responsible for the failure to delete or for the deletion of Your Content. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. Termination will not limit any of Digilawyer's other rights or remedies at law or in equity.
INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
You agree that a breach of these Terms will cause irreparable harm to Digilawyer, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and Digilawyer shall therefore be entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedies it may have at law or in equity, without the need for posting a bond or other security.
MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms and the licenses granted hereunder may be assigned by Digilawyer, but may not be assigned by you without Digilawyer's prior express written consent. No waiver by either party of any breach or default under these Terms shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
DigiLawyer shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, regulatory actions, court closures, strikes, pandemics, internet failures, power outages, cyber incidents, technical failures, or disruptions affecting third-party service providers
