How does DigiLawyer decide which vendor gets an order?

We match by state, stamp type, and delivery time. If multiple vendors qualify, the one with a higher rating and faster delivery history gets priority.

Can I update my states, capacity, or delivery time after joining?

Yes. Update anytime from your vendor dashboard. Changes are reviewed and approved within 24 hours.

Do I need to pay anything to join as a stamp vendor?

No. Zero joining fee, zero monthly fee. DigiLawyer takes a small per-order amount, which is shared with you upfront before you accept.

Do I need GST registration to become a stamp vendor?

No. You can join without GST. If you have GST, add it for proper invoicing. PAN and bank details are required for payment.

What if I cannot fulfil an order?

Reject it within 30 minutes. If you know you will be busy, mark yourself unavailable in the morning before orders start. No penalty for occasional rejections.

What if there is a delivery problem or dispute?

Show us proof of delivery. We check and resolve within 3 working days. If it is not your mistake, you get full payment.

Is there a minimum number of orders I must complete every month?

No minimum. But if you keep rejecting orders or stay unavailable for many days without informing us, we may review your account.
