Partner Success Stories
Many of my clients ask for help with pending challans. Instead of handling every case myself, I now refer suitable cases to DigiLawyer. Their team keeps me updated, and I receive my commission once the challans are resolved. It's now become an additional source of income without adding to my workload.
A regular customer had 4 pending e-challans. I shared his details with DigiLawyer, and their team handled the entire process. The challans were resolved within two weeks, and my commission was credited on the 5th as promised.
During policy renewals, I often come across customers with pending challans. Referring them to DigiLawyer has been simple because I don't need to explain the legal process or follow up with the customer. I just share the details, and the team keeps me updated. Earning commission on successful referrals has been an added benefit for my business.
I was unsure whether the partner program would actually be worth it, but the onboarding was quick and the dashboard made it easy to track every referral. I don't have to follow up with customers, and the commission reaches my account on time.

Can I refer challan cases from a city that's not listed?
Yes. You can refer challan cases from any city where DigiLawyer has an active partner network. If your city isn't currently listed, you can still contact our partnerships team- we're continuously expanding our coverage and will confirm availability.
Do I need any legal qualification to become a challan referral partner?
No. The partner program is open to anyone who interacts with vehicle owners - petrol pump operators, fleet managers, RTO consultants, insurance agents, driving schools, automobile service centres. You refer the client. DigiLawyer's verified vendors handle the resolution.
Can I also become a vendor if I have a legal background?
Yes. If you are a lawyer, RTO agent, or court representative, you can register as both a partner and a vendor. Refer cases through your partner link and also resolve cases assigned to you as a vendor. Both income streams run simultaneously.
Do I need to know the challan type before referring a customer?
No. Just share the vehicle owner's name, phone number, and vehicle registration number. DigiLawyer's team identifies whether it is an e-challan, state challan, virtual court challan, or court challan and selects the best resolution route. You are never expected to know challan types.
Can I refer cases for Lok Adalat?
Yes. You can refer any pending traffic challan. If the case is eligible for Lok Adalat, DigiLawyer will identify it and file it during the next available session. You don't need to determine the eligibility yourself.
When and how do I get paid?
Partners earn commission based on the revenue generated through their referrals. Depending on your partner agreement, payouts may be
- Weekly
- Monthly, or as per mutually agreed payout terms
All payments are transferred directly to your registered bank account via NEFT or IMPS, along with a detailed statement of your referrals, challan status, and commission earned.
How much commission do I earn per challan referral?
Between 5% and 10% of the confirmed resolution fee, depending on your channel type and monthly volume. Exact rates are confirmed during onboarding. Higher volumes unlock slab-based incentives.
What if the challan I referred cannot be resolved?
If a challan isn't eligible for resolution through the available channels at that time, no commission will be provided. However, you also won't be charged or penalized for making the referral.
Is there a minimum number of referrals required to start earning?
No. You can start earning commission from your first successful challan referral. There is no minimum referral requirement to join or earn through the DigiLawyer Challan Partner Program.
Who do I contact if I need help with my referrals or commission?
You can reach our dedicated Partner Support team at partners@digilawyer.ai for assistance with referrals, case status, commissions, onboarding, or any other partner-related queries.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
No. There is no minimum payout threshold. Your commission is paid based on the revenue generated through your referrals, as per your partner agreement.
Do I Need to Be a Registered Business to Become a Partner?
No. Both individuals and registered businesses can join the DigiLawyer Partner Program. If you have an existing customer base or business network that can benefit from DigiLawyer's services, you're eligible to apply.
How Long Does Partner Approval Take?
The onboarding process typically takes 2-4 weeks.
- Initial discussion: Within the first week.
- Business and compliance review: 1–2 weeks.
- Agreement, incentive finalisation, and platform onboarding: Remaining time.
The timeline may vary depending on the partner category and verification requirements.
How Can I Track My Referrals and Earnings?

- Track every referral in real time.
- View the status of each case.
- Monitor completed challan resolutions.
- Check commissions earned.

What is the difference between a challan partner and a challan vendor?
